Getting There:
- Highway 64 halfway between Franklin and Highlands, NC
Comments:The Cullasaja is perhaps the most breathtaking site in North Carolina. US 64 is a narrow and winding two lane road that may be treacherous.
However, as you arrive, there is a small area to pull over for viewing and photographing. If you are in the area, this is a must see attraction! While in the area, be sure not to miss
Dry falls or Bridal Veil Falls.
Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, the Cullasaja is an awesome site.
The winding drive through the gorge merely wets one's appetite for the
spectacular view that awaits around the final curve!!
