RATES

(applies to two adults, or two adults and two children under the age of 18)

•  $100 first night - Sunday through Thursday

• $ 75.00 each additional night - Sunday through Thursday

• $525 per week--Sunday through Saturday

• $125 per night--Friday, Saturday, Holidays

• $15 per night--each additional person

• Add 7% NC Sales Tax

• $10 per night plus $100 deposit for pets

• Rental deposit= one half of rental fee, due @ time of reservation

• Security deposit=$300 for stays in excess of one week-refundable if property is left in same condition

• Full payment due two weeks in advance

• Deposit is refundable up to one week (7 days) in advance

• One half payment refunded if cancelled in last week

• Rental Agreement in accordance with the NC Vacation Rental Act

Check–out: by 10:00 a.m.
