Add this knowledge to the fact that I am also a licensed mortgage broker that's partnered with dozens of Realtors throughout the state I feel confident that you can trust me to assist you in the process of relocating to North Carolina when the time comes for you!
So seek as much information as ye can find on our site about where you migth like to live and don't hesitate to reach out to us for a referral to any one of our business partners that can help you make it happen.

About me...and us
Yes, I am a damned Yankee.
It's the first thing I'll admit, but I am proud of my Upstate NY heritage. Ok, so Rockland County and New City, NY are not too far upstate, but it is upstate--just 20 miles or so north of the GWB or George Washington Bridge for those of you that are not in the know. I have always referred to as it being close enough to get there yet far enough away to not be there all the time. Looking back on it today; it was an awesome place to grow up.
While I was born in Suffern, NY I grew up in New City before moving to Raleigh to attend NC State where my father earned his Master's Degree from NC State in 1967. The Outer Banks (now the OBX) was our family's summer vacation destination for several years afterwards. That journey was real and I feel the Griswold's owe us some royalties. (lol) It was the early 1970's when the family station wagon was loaded to the hilt (Mom, Dad, 5 kids, 2 dogs and a weeks worth of luggage for all) and made the mecca south to Southern Shores. Good times were had by all!!
As the years' rolled on and my elder siblings fled the nest for higher education it was Southern Pines that was our Spring Break--only it was titled as mid-winter recess when our school system would close in order to save on heating bills for a week in February. My brother and I had our first golf lessons at Mid-Pines Inn. So we left the snow behind for a week of golf in the Pinehurst area. This is where we got hooked on the game and the magnificence of legendary Donald Ross and his effect on the game which is so prevalent throughout the Old North State.
So fast forward a couple years and as the youngest (and wisest) of 5 children it was time to research colleges for my higher education opportunity. Fortunately for me, my older sister attended mom and dad's alma mater in Ithaca, NY (Cornell U.) so that legacy was fulfilled--leaving NC State as a viable option. My acceptance letter was dated on my 18th birthday and i received it just before X-mas break of my senior year at high school allowing me to pretty much "mail-in" the rest of the school year--not like that wasn't going to happen anyway; for those of you who knew me when.....lol.
Oh, did I mention I am a BIG sports fanatic?? So when the Pack went on their run in the Spring of '83 I was a HS senior whose destiny was 550 miles and only a few months away!
So I moved to Raleigh, attended NC State and after flunking out my first semester, I worked and fought my way through to graduate 6 years later. Fun times for sure....I worked part-time/full-time delivering pizza until I secured an internship with an airline that became the perfect complement for my hotel bar position.
So I lived in Raleigh for another 5 to 6 years where I worked for a good friend who mentored me in the world of business and sports marketing until our successful venture was derailed by the same one who allowed us to create it. Important business and life lessons learned here, but that's another story.
A business opportunity brought me to Winston Salem which is now home and has been for 30 years. I met my wonderful wife and held a job in human resources which allowed me to fuel this venture as a recreational hobby. Unfortunately, I never really could dedicate the time and money necessary to build and grow this vision and brand--until now.
